I bought this toaster because it was at a good price point. I had another brand that quit after having it for about 9 months. I was very surprised how well my new Cuisinart toaster works. Very fast and even. I would definitely recommend it.

Very disappointed in a name brand toaster. It stopped working after only 2 uses. I returned it for a refund. I had previously owned a Sunbeam toaster for many, many years until it finally stopped working. I Will never purchase a Cuisinart product again.

It is just the two of us now so we no longer need a 4 slice toaster. Going with the two slice toaster definitely freed up some counter space. This plastic toaster looks great, works great and was a good value. I gave this a 4 star rating only because I never give out a 5 star rating.
