I bought 2 of these, one for home and one for the RV. I have been using this at home for a few weeks. I use it every day. I do have to flip my bagel and do another 15-20 second to get it browned evenly. It's way faster than the one it replaced. I am still experimenting with the settings.

Unfortunately this unit toasted only one side of bread well. It was returned for a refund. The bagel button for one sided toasting was not on.
