I was just talking with my Father just yesterday how disappointed I am that I bought this toaster. It has burnt everything I’ve tried to toast on the lowest setting, and a large bagel doesn’t fit all the way down so the top sticking out didn’t toast. Very disappointing. Sorry I threw out my old toaster.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am 8n my new Cuisinart toaster. I have been an avid fan for many years, but this model is horrible! It toasts the bottom of the bread only. If you push it down again, it burns the bottom half & the top half is still untoasted.

This is a very nice looking toaster but it doesn't toast both sides of bread evenly, one side is perfect and the other side of bread is barely toasted.
The slide has to be pushed down multiple times before it will stay down. Maybe it was my luck to get the bad one of the lot, but I will be looking for another NEW TOASTER.
