I like the white and silver color of the toaster since it matches the kitchen. It’s simple enough and meets my needs. Seems like it will be a bit easier to clean than my last toaster due to the way it empties from the bottom.

This toaster is just okay. It works! But it really only darkens one side of the bread then I have to flip the bread to do the other side. By then it gets a little too dark so I’ll have to figure out the settings and find a way to make it better.

I'm disappointed in this toaster because it doesn't toast evenly. Regardless of which setting you select on the dial, the bottom half of the bread gets toasted more than the top half. So, either one part is too well done, or the other part isn't toasted enough.

You have to give this taster a chance. There are lots of bad reviews and lots of good reviews. Based on my findings, you must go through a learning curve with this product. I have found the item you are toasting, if using only one slot, will always toast more on the common slot side, but if you use both slots (toasting two things) the middle side will not toast as much. At any time do not go above the #3 setting or it will burn the middle side. There is too much burn power in this toaster. My first slice of bread burned on the #4 setting. The presets are useless. Overall, you get what you pay for and you must go through the trial-and-error period on your common items for this work OK.

Our Bella toaster keep burning the toast and bread would get stuck in the toaster so it was time to finally get this Cuisinart toaster. It was available in black finally and glad we got it. The design is excellent.
