Like the size and the looks of the toaster however it doesn’t work so good,like the other review stated you have to flip the toast around to get the other side done sometimes the coils heat up and sometimes they don’t Maybe I just got a bad one it is still usable

My old toaster was dying a slow "death by fried coils." This model has far more settings and options which is a big plus. Having said that, as long as there is a bagel setting, it would be nice if they would also offer a thin slice setting. Haven't found the magic combination for toasted but not bone dry thin sliced bread.

This toaster is extremely frustrating. Doesn’t matter what time you put or toast level it will burn any toast. I wanted to return it but I don’t have the box anymore. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

It’s similar to all our past toasters in that it’s not very consistent, but it does toast. The slots are smaller than expected and I have a hard time getting some bread slices to fit
