It is a nice toaster. However it toasts darker on one side. To make it lighter the other side is barely toasted.

This toaster is very nice. My favorite feature is the little extra bit of lift you can do after your items are toasted. This saves me from having to turn the toaster on it's side to extract my toasted items.

Toasts nicely…the only complaint I have is the dial for toasting moves too easily. Always have to check what it’s on before toasting. Even if the toaster is slightly bumped it turns a lot.

The knob with the numbers was broken. It just turned freely and so your bread was toasted the same amount of time a matter what number you selected.
