Great for the price and 3-year warranty. Love the small size and basic functioning. Toasts the bread at level 3, frozen waffles at 3-1/2, but both end up with one side darker than the other. Prefer stainless steel to plastic (and if plastic, black over white, but black wasn't available). It may not last 5 years but meanwhile it's a better value than any others I saw.

Most of the time I use a toaster for English muffins and bagels. One sided! This doesn’t, but rather lightly toasts the other side. It’s not what I want, so I sent it back.

I bought this toaster because of the review on wire cutter. The problem I have had is getting it to toast evenly on both sides of the bread. My compromise has been to set it on a low setting then turn the bread and do it again. It was a reasonable price but it doesn’t work as well as my old Black & Decker
