In either slot, toast comes out browned on one side and almost untoasted on the other. Also, the side that does brown is much darker on the lowest side and light near the top of the slice. I would rate this at zero stars and recommend it to noone.

For a two slice toaster it seems to do a good job. Good verity of settings to meet any need. The thing I dislike so far is, while it is toasting, the toaster makes a loud pop/snap several times during the toasting faze.

Great in most aspects, except for the slots. If this is being recognized and recommended as a bagel toaster, which is why we bought it, the slots are too narrow to comfortably insert a (half) bagel or similar sized (half) role. It takes a lot of pushing and stuffing in, which later leads to the ejection system not working.

It’s an okay toaster for the price. Doesn’t work as described but it will toast. Bagel feature does nothing different. To get a light to medium color it needs to be almost on full time.
