It is a nice appliance, but seems to toast unevenly. One side of each slot toasts nicely; the other is barely touched. If setting is increased, one side is too dark.

This toaster is very simple to use. Has a cancel button if you have it a little too high. The slots are wide enough for a half of a bagel to be toasted. It’s also lightweight and easy to clean.

First one we bought stopped working after a month, don’t love the replacement either, heat control dial is very imprecise and lever is a bit wonky as well. Also a pain to remove bottom tray to clean. Like the white color though looks good in my kitchen.
