Decent, basic toaster. I find I have to use the lower settings to not burn things. Anything above 3.5/7.0 is black.

I purchased and returned several toasters before I found the Cuisinart. It was by far the sturdiest and worked the best. After a few trials, I found the best setting and it toasts evenly.

Terrible toaster. Burns half the side of toast and under-toasts the other half. Have messed with the settings and no luck improving. This is the worst toaster I have experienced in my 60 + years of making toast.

Toasts very unevenly. Even at 2 it burnt parts of my toast. I’ve been a long time fan of Cuisinart appliances and cookware but this is a very disappointing product.

The Cuisinart 2 Slice toaster works very well. I have been pleased with how well it toasts different types of breads from thick bagels to thin sourdough. The heating coils seem to be consistent and they heat quickly.
