When looking for a toaster I was looking at price mostly. Probably wouldn't purchase this toaster again. While the price was good, the toast takes awhile to brown and then it isn't consistent with browning both sides of the bread. I have to turn it around to toast the other side. I have even adjusted the dial to make it brown more, but that doesn't seem to work. The other bad thing about it is the cord is too hard to wind up around the bottom of the toaster. It isn't pliable. Overall, it isn't worth it. Spend a bit more and get a better toaster.

The unit would not toast evenly or consistently on either side of the bread. I tried different settings for different types of bread based on the instruction manual and still had poor results. I returned it to the store after 2 weeks of daily trial and error.

Well to be honest I apparently don’t share views with a good many other Reviewers. The thing is so light. Mine has never toasted properly. The darkness knob doesn’t seem to care what position it is in. It also has a mote around the area where you place your whatever inside. Definitely catches crumbs. We are disappointed with this. Throw away society.

The very first time we used it, only one side of the bread was toasted. After several uses, it continued to only toast on one side. The toaster is made of plastic, very flimsy quality and not worth buying. I returned it after two days.
