great little printer

Great small-footprint printer ability to replace one color at a time saves big $ wireless worked flawlessly first time and was so quiet I printed document 3 times from kitchen laptop before I realized it was already waiting in bedroom printer worth every penny

Need help

I have spent apx. 9 hours fighting with the install, the printer will make copys but will not copy from computer. ait will not scan from computer, so far all it is good for is making copys. anyone with help please respond via email. thanks.

adequate back up

I had to purchase this Epson as a back up option to my Epson 610workforce which went down with a paper jam and subsequent error mssg lock out that I am told would have cost more than I paid for WF2530. While the WF2530 was fairly easy to install it is acceptable but a step down from the unit that now sits there with error mssg. I was hoping for more than two years of light use on the 610, got maybe 15 months, just doesnt seem right that it is cheaper to buy a new unit than to repair what should have been a more solidly made first unit, but then again, they wouldn't be in business if their equipment lasted longer

Incompatible with MS Office. Epson software disabled Outlook and seriously impaired Word and Excel. Uninstalled software and returned printer.

I am truly disappointed in this product. The ink cartridge completely stopped working. I have major work to complete and now I have to wait until I can acquire another printer to continue. One thing is for sue, I will be purchasing an Epson ever again.

Well, I haven't thrown it in the trash yet.
I've been trying to get this printer to work properly sine I purchased it 04/29/13. According to my internet provider, I've entered my codes and password correctly . I downloaded the disc and when the computer asks about where to place the equipment; the computer cannot find the printer, like it doesn't exist.
I'm basically fed up with the nonsense associated with the printer.
As I said when I registered the printer, I will not recommend, nor will I purchase another EPSON .
Also please note the Printer will not accept my security code.
The thought of trashing the equipment sounds better every day'

Had difficulty connecting to my Wi-fi and found tech support very helpful. Finally had to figure out connection on my own, but not for want of tech trying to help.
