OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!!!

Simply a joy to have. Setup is almost nothing to deal with and I've had nothing but great days with the product.
Printing is very clear and clean, no issues with faxing. I love the fact I can use the flat screen and/or feeder to copy of fax.
Recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We just threw away this piece of junk and bought a printer from hp in hopes that it will print the BLACK ink

Just Plain Tired of Printer Issues

I bought this printer, used only one time, per printer report. I bought ink and it prints black and yellow. I've printer cleaned and hand cleaned, changed inks a couple of times and still only black and yellow. However, paper flows perfectly from all sources, print is beautiful etc. But what good is it without the color ink? The printer even says that the ink is full in all four colors. I'm so tired of this. I probably have 30 ink cartridges.

Worst Printer I have ever purchased

I bought this printer for the features and price and I have regretted it after the first 30 days. Everytime I use it I have to do multiple head cleanings and alignments to get the ink to print. The cartridges are expensive and now after it has sat for 3 months it won't print at all with brand new Epson cartridges. Oh and you can't print black and white if one color is out? I've had it with this printer, I will never buy another epson product again.

Disappointed

I am not a happy camper. The biggest problem with my AIO is changing ink cartridges. I get a message telling me I need to change the black cartridge, I change it, print one or two pages and the machine won't print any more, telling me I am out of black ink. After two pages!!!!! Disgusted.

wireless feature useless

This is a very nice, fast, clean printer except for one thing: the wireless was useless. When the printer turns off for any reason, it forgets its network settings. We have a long, complicated password so it's a pain to setup wifi every time, poking the buttons, deet-deet-deet. So I gave up and bought a printer cable. So much for network printing. I got what I paid for.

Great printer

I had trouble getting the wi fi, All my fault, Tech support was very patient and fixed my problem, Again, there was nothing wrong with the printer, it was me. He patiently helped with both of my laptops. Great service, he is a magician.

Update nightmare

I like the product, however updateing firmware is terrible. The updates down load to my computer, but won't upload to the printer because of various options that are not outlined or explained in the documentation provided or online sources The printer is online and working so I know the computer and printer are communicating.---------------------------Here is my current message.

I have not been instructed how to get to Epson connect user page, so I don't know if this is a web address or what! Nothing in my confirmation E-mail from registration tells me , so I'm lost.
