ERRORS

Unexplained errors during the installation of the software. The wireless wizard fails to setup the connection. Eventually, the printer connected to the network despite the wizard's conclusion that the setup has failed. An Annoying machine at best.

Apparently you need all ink cartridges to not be empty in order to print anything, including only black and white papers. My yellow ink cartridge is empty however all the other colors are normal to full, and my printer still won't print out a black and white document .

At first, I thought I was getting a great deal - it was easy to set up and printed quickly and efficiently. I am a low-user. I probably have not printed 100 pages in the last four months (which is how long I have had the printer), but it is already breaking down. Even with a fresh black printer cartridge, it won't print black - black prints as dark green. I am now on my second round of color cartridges, 3rd of black - and yes - only in four months of printing word docs and some graphic images!!

Ink sucker!

It is kind of ridiculous that when you have a full black ink cartridge that the printer will not print in black when another cartridge is empty. It is a money scheme. I have 3 new full ink cartridges and one is empty and it will not print anything! I should at least be able to print in black! This is the worse printer I have every had!

Terrific little printer for the price. Epson connect works great so others can fax to you from their email. Great for batch data and drops a confirm note right to your own email upon reception. Generous package. Comes with full ink bundle so you don't have to add that additional cost on to your purchase. C'mom, an honest company. What a concept.

This is not a good printer. When using the ADF it always states the paper is jammed, even when it is not. The printer says it is set up for WIFI however it will not work on the WIFI. I hate I purchased this printer, don't waste your money

Very Good Printer...

Very good printer for the money. Print quality is excellent at all settings. Ink cartridge life is good. It functions flawlessly with wireless setup so you don't have to worry about getting a printer cable. The scanner and copier work very well. I haven't used the fax function so I cannot comment on it. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the print speed. It is a bit on the slow side. Given the other positives I would still buy it again at the same price point. Overall a very good value and a solid printer/scanner/copier/fax.
