We are very happy with our workforce because it works great. prints great graphic and photos. I also does a great job when making cards and invitation. I use it to print my business card on and have always had great finished projects.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Piece of junk

I can't make it print. The ink was low, I bought all new cartridges, then attempted to load them. Usually, Epson's printers have a compartment lid you lift to input the ink. This one does not. I tried to figure out how to change out the cartridges, finally did so (ALL OF THEM), and it STILL does not print clearly!! Although the printer does not advise you (as most of them do) that the ink is low, it prints as though it is low. Steer clear of this hot mess!!!

Totally frustrated with this printer - have never had so many problems getting a printer to simply print. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Waste of Money

Printer jams paper regularly and ink cartridges dry up, especially the black, in a few days, if not used.
Print quality is good when everything works correctly, but that is rare.

I can not print from my laptop since I changed modems. I haven't been able 2 figure out what i'm doing wrong. not happy.

right after the factory warranty ran out it stopped printing. Bought new ink but that wasn't the issue... the issue was this printer
