I can only give this machine a 2 because as a copier the control panel is useless!!! Resetting the copy/print layout parameters is so complicated and the on site tutorial is almost useless, because it is for another machine, that I have given up using it as a copier instead I scan to my computer and print from there. As a scanner and printer the machine is very satisfactory and i would rate it as a 4. I have had other Epson products and have been satisfied whit them, however after this experience I seriously doubt I will buy another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast, free delivery. Very simple to install. Fast printing color and B&W. Excellent copying. A little larger than I was expecting but fits my space, so OK. Previous Epson printer gave long, great service and looking forward to the same from this one.

I love my Epson, it's compact and doesn't take up a lot of space. The problem I have with it are the instructions on the printer itself, they are not very clear eg, changing ink cartridges, enlarging.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the best printer I have ever bought, it works grate and it is a lot of printer for the money. I found out about the EPSON workforce WF2530 from a friend, who has had his for about 8 years and still going strong. THANKS

Easy setup; guzzles black in

Setting up the Wi-Fi was the easiest I've ever experienced when setting up a network. Print speed is on the slow side. No permanent paper tray is a definite negative. Use of ink on "standard" setting is a bit excessive. Using the "draft" setting for printing is useless since the results are way too light to read effectively. Have had some paper feed and jamming issues after only a couple of months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
