A little difficult to set up, otherwise is a good unit for the money.Call tech support if you have a problem with the set, up as I did.

prints swiftly, wireless set up easy, great prints, I'd recommend, I use it for home use, took all but 15 minutes to get everything ready.

Good printer....I like the feature that allows the printer to mix the color inks when you run low on the blank ink. The only thing I don't like is the small ink cartridges and trying to find the XL size ink cartridges...I know someone carries it.

I knew I was buying a cheap printer but I expected it to be a lot better than it is. The software is very unstable--only connects to my pc about every 4th try when scanning a document...sheet-fed scanner jams constantly, etc. Ink is insanely expensive! Very irritating machine...sorry I didn't spend a little more $ for something that works!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

EASY SET UP AND INSTRUCTIONS!

I was a bit intimidated by this when it arrived but I took a deep breath, unfolded the directions and hoped they were well explained and easy to read and I was right. Very step by step. I didn't even have a USB cord for the original set up to my computer as recommended and it was not problem because it gives you the option to install wirelessly which was snap as long as you know your wireless network name name and password usually located on the side of your router! Works great!
