It took almost 2 hours to set up this printer
had to call Epson's online help, because
no matter what I did my computer wouldn't
recognize the printer.
Thankfully the agent was able to walk me
through step by step and we got it working.
My thought: it shouldn't be this hard to set up
a printer!

Lots of Features, EZ set up, good but slower printing. Somewhat laborious functionality. But for the price ,not bad!

Really well built printer

I purchased for my home office. I did not plan to use it very often but since purchasing it I found the quality of print and speed were more of a office level quality.
I use it now for all my printing which makes doing presentations for meetings less costly since I only print what I need as opposed to going to Kinkos all the time.

The printer aspect is fine.
I could not get it to do WiFi, so I finally gave up.
The fax has problems - I have to run it on slow to get it to fax, not good!
The ink cartridges do not last long at all, therefore most of my printing has to be done in black ink.
Not a good investment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast to set up, easy to use, only had to load disc into one computer, all phones, tablets, and other computers immediately recognized the new printer. Pretty fast black and white document printing, a bit slow on pics, but works good and decent quality for the price. A usb cable would have been nice, but they are readily available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First printer was an Epson, out of curiosity, tried other brand names, but have come back to Epson due to reliability and print quality.
