It was easy to set up and operate. I use the scan, copy, and print applications. We do not have a land line so I don't use the FAX portion. All in all I think it's a great machine.

EASY TO USE

I just installed my new all in one printer scanner copier fax and it was simple and easy and the color print is fairly fast and looks fantastic! I trusted Epson for my scanning needs at my last graphic design job but bought this for my home office. I have my last job to start a new home based biz. Hopefully it will be good for this too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer was easy to set up. However when I opened the box, I did not see the ink cartridges, and thought they were not included, had son take back to the store and found out the ink cartridges were stuck in one of the notches of the Styrofoam that was attached to the sides of the printer, almost threw that away.
Easy to use, simple directions. Price was reasonable. I have always liked printers that can copy, scan, and fax.

It's convenient, and is very "user friendly." We have already used it to print, copy, fax and scan. The print quality is excellent, and the cartridges are affordable!! Can't sing the praises enough!!!

Purchase this printer on 1-29-14 and the printer doesn't work. It will not turn on. Didn't use it that much. Not happy because the review was great. Now I am worried that the new one that is coming is going to do the same thing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very happy with my new purchase as of yesterday. Setting it up and pairing it with my wireless modem was a piece of cake. Have already use it several times and it works flawlessly. So far so good and I was pleased with the price and quality of this product.

The printer was inexpensive but works fairly well, meaning it prints! I only use it for that. It isn't the fastest I've owned, but it isn't so important to me for speed. I work at home and am not pushed for time. Makes a lot of noise when preparing to print a page, like all parts are getting ready. Kind of funny. It also copies and scans, and I do use those now and then. It's okay, all in all.
I would recommend this to a friend!
