This printer performs well. I use it from my iPhone, iPad and Macbook Pro. It doesn't jam and prints clearly.

My WF 2530 Lasted About 5 Months And Started To Fail...(What A Letdown) So I Threw It In The Trash!!! And I Purchased A WF 3520 Just Recently. It Still Works But We Shall See For How Long. Yours truly lrjflausa

great little printer

I like the simplicity of the commands and the extensive ink capacity of the printer. Plus the 4 different cartridges keeps it simple for changing as well providing low cost for printing a single page. I use the printer for both work (home office) environment as well as personal use. The colour copies of photos is very good quality especially for an inexpensive unit. The printing of envelopes of different sizes including very small envelopes is a great feature which my previous laser printer couldn't handle. Overall this is a great printer.

I am very unhappy to see that the LCD window does not light up. When my room is dark their is no way to see anything on this screen.

The only Issue is the Abby OCR is not GOOD enough. It should have a full Editable version to convert and not pay again, like Abby used to do.

I was excited to get this printer but slightly disappointed since the description said it was much faster than other printers. Well, it isn't. Also, it times out so fast and you have to wait for it to start back up while you have a customer waiting for their invoice and to pay. So not a bad printer, but nothing above average. I'd recommend it to someone who isn't in a hurry. Also, the scanner is a little lacking in clarity and color transfers.

The printer is constantly getting jammed and the paper goes in straight but the printing comes out crooked
