This product is great for a small at home business or home office. Printing is outstanding. Has a scanning feature, not the best, but I can do what I need to do. Fax feature is working really well.

This is the third Epson printer I have purchased and I find the quality of the output is even better than the previous two. As the others were long lasting I expect the same from this one. In fact, the only reason I am replacing the previous one is for the extra features such as fax capability which I now need. The one drawback I found is the poor installation instructions that come with the printer; a few pictures and a few words are not enough. I am technically competent but I wasted over an hour working out how to open the machine to install the ink cartridges. More detail here would be useful especially for those who are technically challenged. Once installed, the printer is working perfectly just as I have come to expect from an Epson printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have nothing but compliments for the Epson Team. This is my second Epson printer, the first being the WF-325 which has served me excellently for many years. I find all the features (print, scan, copy and fax) so easy to understand and use. Setting up and connecting to Wi-Fi is also a simple job. Thank you Epson for great service, products and affordable prices.
