Better than I expected, recommend

I am a tech person with specific needs of some features. WF 2530 is a MF printer which provides ADF, Wireless, FAX and seperated ink cartridges. The installation wizard is amazing, it helped me to setup wireless easily by just push 3-4 buttons. I though I would spend at least 10 minutes to enter networking settings on its front panel.
It can be easily discovered by other computers s a network printer, and you can print to it from your mobile device when it is not in your reachability, e.g. you are in cafe, and it is in your office.
It exceeds my expectation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

From the begining, the printer was very easy to setup with only a slight problem realising that the setup software was waiting on me to start the WiFi setup on the printer itself. I use WiFi only as I have multiple computers using the printer. This works well also.
Print quality is good as I expected and the speed of printing (OK to the start of printing) is much better that I had expected.
Photocopy is good but not as good as some when copying cash register receipts. However, this is not a bit problem as they are difficult to scan/copy for most scanner/copiers. Otherwise, quality and speed is great. I don't use the ADF much but have not had any problems with it when I have.
What impresses me with this printer is how good it is when considering the small price. It did not expect the quality of function and output that it has. It is quite amazing in such a physically small printer.
The only disapointment that I have is that the paper feed is much noiser than it could be. This does not detract form its functionality but is something to consider if you like a very quiet printer.
I would recomend this printer to anyone looking for a good home/small officer multi-function printer.

Disappointing Reliability

I bought this printer because I had read reviews that the ink was most economical - and it may well be true. All worked well to begin. I installed the WiFi connection and printed in another room from the computer. Then I received a pop-up message stating that I should update the software via a download. I did so - and then printing has become nearly impossible. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled the unimproved original software but nothing fixes the problem. I have moved the printer adjacent to the computer and used a USB link - that does not solve the problem. I have replaced all the ink cartridges - that did not solve the problem. I have followed all the FAQ - this does not help. Occasionally, the printer will work - but it is so unpredictable that I have taken to emailing stuff to work to be printed. I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has great features

After using this product, I found the wireless setup for printing, and email printing features very efficient for my business needs, once I was able to work out the setup.
I would recommend getting the extra large ink cartridges because the black ink cartridge provided didnt last very long, despite my medium use.
Overall very happy with this product, would purchase again and recommend for both business and personal use.

very happy with the overall product, the WI-FI feature reduces the cable clutter for my office space, very easy to set up and to use, also replacement ink is very reasonable in price. extremely happy with the product.

Extremely impressed with the install on 2 pcs with different operating systems, was so easy hardest part was getting printer out of box
