I purchased this printer because the sales person assured me that it would work with Windows 8. Brought it home, hooked it up and IT WORKED! I replaced a HP that wouldn't work no matter how many times I downloaded the drivers for Windows 8. This is my first Epson and if it continues to work as good as it has I will be an Epson buyer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WF-2530 lacks ethernet port

thus I am upgrading to wf 2340.
Otherwise, I am impressed with the features on these Epson printers, (ie the ability to print to a

Very easy to use!

I have some experience with computers and installing devices on them but sometimes it can be very difficult to do. I'd have to say that this printer was very easy to install and is very easy to operate. I like that it's easy to change the ink cartridges when it's time and when you run out of black ink it will actually mix your color ink for you to subsitute for black ink. I also like that it prints on both sides of the paper whick cuts your paper purchases in half!

My techno skills are middle of the road and I found this unit easy to set up (about 1 hour) and easy to use. I'm pleased with the print quality, but haven't yet tested other features. I returned a competitor's machine because it was so complicated and difficult to use. I'm pleased with the user-friendly nature of this printer. Fingers crossed that things will continue to go well.

I have a lot of deadlines with my entertainment business and bought the EPSON WF -2530 because I needed something that could do a multitude of printing tasks related to PR, Advertising, script downloads, etc. I have had my machine for about 6 months now and have found it extremely efficient and easy to use -- while maximizing ink use -- ( which I use a lot of!). Great Product!

I've had several different brands of all-in-one printers. This particular model sells high yield ink cartridges if you print more than the norm. I like that option. Highly recommend!
