After messing around with bigger printers and pulling my hair out with the problems they gave me I was relieved to finally get the Epson which prints, scans and faxes and does so with decent quality prints quite quickly and the ink isn't over the top expensive either.
Would recommend this to any home office environment buyer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I needed a multifunction printer to replace one I have had for years, so I looked around to see what had the right functions for me.
Price was not the sole determinant but reputation and name of the manufacturer was as an indicator of quality so I settled on Epsom.
The price was also attractive and the printer output and ease of installation was impressive.
I am so pleased with this little printer I would have no hesitation recommending it to any one who needs a compact unit to suit their home office.

The printer was easy to install and works very well. Haven't had it for very long but I am sure it has plenty of features that will be very usefull.

Since purchasing this printer, I have had to reinstall the software every time before use which has now become more annoying and time consuming to the point where I don't print as often as I would like. I now save all my printing to one session which ends up taking a lot of my time.
I cannot get the WiFi to connect to my laptop even though the laptop is sitting right beside the printer and there is nothing hindering the connectivity.. such as a firewall.
Other than that the print quality is great!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE THAT WHEN YOU ARE LOW ON INK, THE PRINTER USES OTHER CARTRIDGE COLOUR TO MAKE UP THE ONE YOU ARE LOW ON FOR EXAMPLE , LOW BLACK INK - IT USES OTHER COLOUR TO PRINT !! GREAT

IT WAS SIMPLE TO ATTACH THE CATRIDGES AND BY FOLLOWING THE PROMPTS
THE FACT YOU CAN CONVERT TO PDF IS ONE OF THE BEST INCLUSIONS.
