its a good product considering its multi-functional however its a tad bit noisy especially with paper feed and the adf is a little slower than I am used to.
the performance is very good and it serves its purpose especially for printing where its too easy via air print or web mail. it prints wirelessly which is also a plus and it takes up a lot les room on desktop than most conventional units.
lastly it would be a lot more cost and time efficient if it could perform double sided print/copy/scan. it would be the perfect product then and also environmentally friendly too.

Great value for a printer with these features

Although there are certainly a few inkjet printers out there with the same or similar features, the WF-2530 is very good value for money when shopping in the budget end of the market. It has auto sheet-feed, fax, scan, copy and print with the added bonus of separate C-Y-M ink cartridges meaning that for those who like to print in colour, your ink will go a lot further, saving both your hip pocket and the environment - not that ink expenditure is a huge consideration with this brand anyway, as Epson offer one of the most affordable range of consumables on the market.
A little slow on start-up, once your documents start to print, they come out at a respectable speed, however, if you're in the habit of last-minute printing as you run out the door, this is probably not the printer for you.
Print quality is quite good also and would pass muster for all home printing and small business users but for those with an eye for minute detail, they would be better served stretching the budget further towards a printer designed with photo printing in mind, rather than a multifunction.
Having owned several other brands of printer in the past and being somewhat outraged by the costs of replacement cartridges vs buying a whole new printer, I am happy to say that my first Epson leaves me feeling satisfied with print quality, cost and environmental concerns.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have always used Epson and I love the ease of use.
Setting up was tricky but only because my laptop does not have a CD drive

This is the first time I have purchase an Epson printer. I must say that I am glad that I did. The printer is so easy to use, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work it out. I love the fact that it gives you the option of going wireless or cable. I can put it anywhere in the house and still be able to use it through WiFi. The multi-features are excellant on this product. Very happy with it.

Not only does the Epson WF-2530 is light weight and compact, the instruction are simply. The printer has been set up in a home office where space is essential for books and paper work. Have not had to print many papers at once but the quality is second to none.
I would recommend this to a friend!
