An excellent printer with all the features I required

An excellent printer for the price. It has all the features I required and more. This is the first Epson product I have purchased or used and it now will not be the last. Far more superior than the supposed market leader that my wife and I have had so much trouble with, which is now in the rubbish bin. I initially had trouble setting up the wifi connection but was helped by the service technician on Epson 1300 number. I now have 3 laptops, 2 iPads and 2 iPhones connected to the printer - Hurrah!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer didnt set up as per the instructions which I always follow to the letter to ensure no issues with set up. However I had both a mac and a windows laptop and neither went to plan as far as the set up goes. I was sure to read the box to ensure it worked with my operating systems. My mac i have managed to get working through wireless but not my windows laptop which is the main reason i purchased the wireless one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst printer I have ever owned

I have had this printer for over 12 months and I'm ready to dump it! If you want to use it on a single PC that's fine but if you want print from other devices then forget it.
We have 3 laptops as well as a desktop. No issues printing from the desktop, but only 1 laptop connects to it and its hit and miss whether it prints or not. Only way to guarantee it prints is to connect a network cable.
Cant connect via in built wireless, simply wont recognise a PC.
Possibly that last Epson printer I will own.....

issues with black not printing

problem experienced with black colour not printing despite several nozzles cleans and putting in new black cartridge. Did a few pages then stopped. Ink levels show black cartridge full.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have found that the epson printer has always performed to the highest standard I have never had a problem with Epson products befor
I find them verry reliable and easy to use and to set up just put the disc into the computer and follow the on screen instructions.

Easy to install, good online instructions

Easy to install, online help excellent, printed colour photos on plain paper and also glossy photo paper and the result excellent. Very quiet and the panel easy to see and understand. Like the idea of shop on line for consumables and the creative corner for ideas. Printer is a good size for a small home office and light to transport.
