Works Great

I've owned this for 5 months and it works really well I've used all the features. My ink lasts a long time compared to my previous all in one from another company. I would have given it a 5 but I have to use a pen light for the display because this model doesn't have one. for me it's a small inconvienience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice machine but...

This is a nice machine for the price point. The only reservation I have is the ink. it seems to eat cartridges and when a color is out you cannot print with any other color! Not good!

The print quality is not as good as I expected. Ink is very expensive.
Settings are difficult to set & then if u want to chg them its a brain twister.
The printer HAS to be online connected to "the cloud" or it will NOT print.

Worthless

This "wireless" all in one is completely worthless. The wireless setup only works on maybe 1 in 10 tries. If it does work it falls offline and does NOT remember the passcode. To type in the passcode you have to get in 1999 mode and punch the number numerous times to reach the correct letter. You know to get a capital C you punch "2" six times. To get the number 2 you punch "2" seven times. It is also light and cheaply made. Even if it did work I doubt it would last 1 year. Worst money I have spent in a long time. I would rather throw it in the trash than pass it along to the next unsuspecting victim. In short I HATE it.

More Wrong Than Right

We've had nothing but problems with this printer in the few months we've had it. I wish I held onto the box and receipt. The header needs to be cleaned pretty much every time we use it, whether it's been one day or one week since we last used the printer. It's a complete waste of ink and even after it's cleaned the quality is still terrible. I need it primarily for school work and more often than not choose to print my assignments at school instead of from home. Forget about printing photos. They were hazy and had rainbows on the bottom of every one we tried to print. My 7+year old other name-brand printer printed with much better quality. The wireless connection never stays. Every day it goes offline and we have to reconnect, which is a lengthy repetitive process. At the moment we can't get it to reconnect at all. While we haven't contacted support yet, the multitude of problems makes me give it one star regardless.

Nice until the ink runs out

When any of the color ink runs out, the printer will not print, even in black only. Apparently, it uses a little bit of color, even for black/greyscale jobs. Not impressed - liked the printer because you "only replace what you need." Sorry, I only need black, and it's brand new. I don't need magenta - except I do. To print black. No good!!!!

when it prints hardly anything comes out paper. started out good and then went downhill. tried resetting faults and tried adjustments no results so far. trying to get it to work on new computer.

Good printer for the price

Good printer, prints great copies, has great speed. It's just loud. That is my only complaint.
