i was very impressed how easy it was to set up wireless printing. the instructions were very good and easy to follow. the copies are great. you have one happy customer

Ink Hog

Although I like the quality of the document that comes from this printer, it is entirely an ink hog. Seems I'm forever putting ink in it. Not like the older Epson printers, that's for sure. Separate ink color cartridges, but when one goes dry, the printer will not print until the low ink is replaced. Seems irrational to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cons:
Wi-Fi connection problem, can't stay connected with the desktop, after many attempts, I decided to connect with USB.
No light on too small LCD screen.
Wasting too much ink on cleaning and printing.
Very slow printing, scanning, faxing.
No auto switch when you receive fax.
Expensive ink.
Pros:
Good for small projects.

Disappointed

Had this printer less then 6 months and it will be put out with the trash tomorrow. Printer indicated we had to replace an ink cartridge. Problem is that the cartridge holder would not move to allow the change. Therefore, the printer no longer prints. We were satisfied with print quality when it worked, although it was very slow. Will not recommend this printer.

Frustrated with this printer

This printer has wasted so much of my time and money :(
I am constantly having to replace the ink
cartradges and now the wireless mode is not working; it will not print from my computer or iPad. but it will copy documents just fine.

This is a great little printer. I have only hooked it up today, but the printing that I did do was so fast. It takes up minimal space and it was easy to set up. I did have problems at first with the disk not responding several times before it started working right. I actually told my daughter about the sale price for this printer and she went out and bought one the very next day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

At first it worked well, but four months later stopped working, I tried reset up drivers, but it did not help. Very bad printer...
