Ordered on-line from Epson on Friday, arrived Monday Hooray! Started setup, took 2-3 tries before finally working, blamed new tooling to work itself out. OK now, hope it lasts longer than previous WF2540, ( 15 Months ) . Satisfied with Work-Force,--- Clarity, Price, Performance.--- Longevity, not too hot!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have not used all the features of this All-in-One Printer yet, but copies from laptop and document feed are very good. I needed the document feed because my other Epson, an XP-200 lacked that feature. I had no problems with the XP-200 and expect the same high level of service from the new machine. Both use the same ink, which is sold at a good price, locally. I recommend doing the initial setup using a USB cable from the computer to the printer. Saves time vs looking for network passwords, etc. This printer was the same price as what I paid for the more basic XP-200, over a year ago. Wow! Great value.

Super easy set up, easy to use, great results, lighted panel would be nice, can't read screen if dim light area. Other than that great printer.

Haven't used it much, but when I have used it , it worked great. I mostly used the scanner option and the scans were clear and consist.
