I purchased this for my father. It needed to be simple enough and be a 4 in 1 printer. I was hesitant because of some reviews having problems connecting to their network. I am sure everything from internet company, computer and router make a difference. I made sure to follow EXACTLY what was recommended and it worked flawlessly. Now I like the quality of the output better than my recently purchased MFP that cost more. If only I knew sooner. Highly recommend.

Not printing after only Five months

I was so excited purchasing my Copier/Scanner/Printer, but after only five months, it is not working.
Granted I have not called customer service yet, but should I have to at this point?
Ugh

Scan question

The overall function is, for the money, the best printer of all I've used. My only concern is, I don't know how to scan a word doc into my laptop. All I see is jpg.

my first and last Epson

This was my first Epson. I am sure it will be my last. It took two days to set it up because I had to find someone with the same OS as me, Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit. Loaded it onto theirs and then copied registry info to allow it to be recognised. Surpised that the 64 bit worked without a problem on the laptop, usually the other way round. When using Wi-fi I have to go through set-up each time. Everthing else works via Wif-fi without a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Am VERY Computer NOT savy, And For me to Install and Set Up This Printer, The World has Moved Light Years Ahead,,,, Under Promised and OVER Delivered, Thank You So Much. 6-Packjack Out.
