Well, let me qualify the fact that I've just set up and started using this product! I researched extensively the printers available and selected this one "FIRST" above all ! The ease of set up and ability to understand and complete instructions are not left to you ! Simple, ease of operation influenced me more than anything else ! I've already run several print jobs, from desktop/cell phone & tablet without problem! I especially like that you can batch copy up to 30 items via the "ADF" (AUTOMATIC DOCUMENT FEED), I placed the documents into the feed tray pushed the button then left the premises. Upon returning all the copies were done and waiting ! ("WOW") I actually already own a competitive printer which I now use as a secondary(BACKUP) to this unit ! I f this is what you have been wanting to accomplish, don"t hesitate, go for it !! GOOD LUCK !

Worst Epson product ever!

This printer uses up ink at a ridiculous pace! When you are making copies, you can set it to fast draft, but when you are printing from your computer, you HAVE to print EVERYTHING as "best quality." Thus, the ink is used up at an incredibly fast rate. When a color cartridge is out, it won't let you print in black and white. So if your yellow cartridge is out, you can't print a page of black text. It also has you wade through unnecessary steps. It asks about faxing when you are just trying to make a simple copy. This is the most frustration printer I have ever owned.

I had about 20-30 papers set on the tray, but it did not feed in. I added more than 10 papers that made the try almost full, then it fed.
I printed 30 address label from Avery. 1st paper printed okay. After 2nd paper, it always slip so the name & address did not fit in the label. it overlapped between labels. I have wasted more than several sheets.
I would not recommend this printer at all.

Impressive printing speed and superb color quality. However, menu window too small and needs background lighting. I need a mini flashlight to read menu.

great printer while it worked. i purchased september 20 2013. the printer failed october 2014 and no more warranty. disposable printer. will not buy or recommend epson anymore.

Can't print black without colors

I have a full cartridge of black, but I can not print a word document because I am out of Magenta. So now I have to buy a color I don't want so that I can use the color I need.
Poor design for those who want to print word documents.
