I bought this for myself as a Christmas gift and love it! It is very user friendly and was a great price for the quality! I highly recommend this microwave if your looking for one. It looks great in my kitchen!

Nice looking and gets the job done

We did a complete kitchen reno and got this microwave along with a whirlpool dishwasher. The microwave works great, I like that it has the dual fan feature and a light on the bottom of it. The only thing I've noticed is that when you use the settings for defrosting, melting, cooking vegetables, etc they don't really work as well. You are better off just putting it on regular power for the amount of time you think it needs. That is not a big deal to me though, so I think it works great. It comes with 9 preset buttons but I don't really use them. I love the +30 second button and use that one a lot.

Very upset with this product

We purchased this in February 2015 and had it installed. We used the microwave a few times a week, no more than normal usage.Unfortunately, in March of 2016, we started to have problems with the microwave. We would have to open and close the door multiple times in order for it to recognize that it was being used. We would put in an amount of time to microwave, and even after the timer stopped it continued to spin and the light would be on, even after you opened the door.Then, it started making loud noises, even if it was not turned on.I am very disappointed that this microwave would break when it was barely a year old. It is sad that our cheap countertop microwave works better than this one.I would not recommend this microwave to anyone. It is a waste of money for an item that only worked for a year.

I've had this microwave for about 6 months now with no problems. It looks and works great. The price was reasonable especially for a stainless steel model.

First month - no problems

Much quiter than the 12 year old Magic Chef unit we replaced. Looks great with our cabinets. Seems to operate as advertised. Nice unit. Only complaint is that I had to re-cut the holes for both screws as well as the electric cord. Why can't these manufacturers try to design so the old holes can be reused?
