Had to have it fixed by the second week of using it, but it was covered under the warrantee

2nd whirlpool microwave, love them. My first I had for 15 years and was still working. I just wanted to upgrade. Would recommend to anyone.

Exhaust fan is horrible!

This was a great purchase for us with a small galley style kitchen. It was very easy to install. We love having it over the stove, however, the exhaust fan does nothing that it should! There are 2 fan settings. When we use the stove top We have to open the microwave, leave the door open with exhaust fan on high, and stand there and wipe condensation off the unit. Not what I wanted, but there wasn't a lot of options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
