Terrible quality microwave!!!!

This was installed 4 years ago when we built our home. The vent cover popped off two years in, and now, 4 years in the microwave has stopped working. Whirlpool has poor quality microwaves. Will never buy another Whirlpool again.

I purchased this product 2 years ago after the 1st whirlpool microwave we bought went out after 2 years. Same problem on both. Heating element . i am so very disappointed with whirlpool products.

Good microwave

This has been a good microwave. Looks great and cooks popcorn wonderfully! The exhaust fan only works okay. The fan is also very loud. Unfortunately, we have been getting an error message on the microwave recently that says to call for repair. We have had this microwave less than a year and I am disappointed that we already need to have it serviced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I could not believe it when I was making my BBQ sauce on the range and the fan on the microwave came on...BY ITSELF! It is apparently programmed to automatically exhaust when a certain temperature below is reached. COOL!

This microwave came in a brand new mobile home I purchased.The warranty started the closing date, which was 8/10/10. We were not able to move in for another two weeks. On 8/20/2011 ( 12 mths later) it quit heating. Rather than spend money to see if it was worth fixing, I replaced it with another brand. I would not recommend this one to my worst enemy!

Excellent appliance

I've had this microwave for 3 years and have enjoyed the ease of use and consistency. My only gripe is the incandescent bulbs and no availability of LED replacements are available (yet?).Bright LED's would be an improvement that I can get behind both from cost-of-use and light intensity.

Really like this microwave, only thing I miss is when you put in one or two minutes you have to key in 1 and then two zeros. My old one just did it for you.
