This unit came with our home and was brand new. It does not heat well, will not even heat instant soup containers without extensive overtime heating. It does not pop instant popcorn well, many un-popped kernels. All use of this microwave requires an unreasonable use of additional time, with the exception of a quick heating of a small portion of leftovers, i.e. less than a minute or thereabouts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i have always purchase Whirlpool appliances which is why I was SO DISSAPOINTED when the plastic part of the handle fell off in pieces within the first month of use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thought it had great features

Bought this unit with the on-line feature specs in mind. The one I really liked was that it stated it had 3 different light levels so you could see over your stove, which the unit this replaced had, When I had it installed, the light is in the back of the unit, and only 1 light level besides a nite light was available to use. It makes it very hard to see what your cooking on your stove with this being an over the stove model. The model looks good installed. Like the ability to stop the turntable when needing to use square or rectangle dishes. Would look for better lighting in a different model.

Love this microwave

We have had this microwave for six months now and it has preformed wonderfully. I use it on a daily basis. It has great features and is so easy to clean. I would recommend this microwave.

This is an excellent microwave with outstanding sensor. As an example, place a bag of microwave popcorn and press the popcorn button = excellent popcorn everytime (no burned smells or burned kernels). Great kitcken accent.

Great product with one exception....

This microwave came with my new home and I was a skeptic with built in microwave ovens before. After seven months I am very happy with the ease of use and performance of it . The only drawback for me is the vent system. I want something more online with a traditional vent hood. Otherwise this is a great product.

I bought a new refrigerator and I just love it. It is a French Door, so I open and I can see everything, nothing will get lost. (My old one was smaller and a side by side and would not hold a big pitza) I also would "loose" things, couldn't see themIt sure does not hurt that it is so pretty

The bulb over the cooktop is difficult to find and replace. The exhaust vent on my 15 mo. old microwave broke and fell off. The automatic venting for excess heat is a good idea, however the fan is very loud and runs longer than needed.
