Purchased our new microwave a month ago and love it. Performs great. Easy to use. Really like the menu options listed in the door for easy reference. Would recommend its easy, sleek style. Looks great in our kitchen.

Purchased the Whirlpool Cabrio Washer and Dryer about 6-8 months ago. They are by far the best machines I have ever had. Quiet and efficient!

Outstanding design. Top exhaust keeps hot air out of users eyes. Easy controls to use. Only improvement might be an on/off switch for the turntable.

Very disappointed!!!

We ordered this microwave through our builder as an upgrade,it was installed 4 months before we closed on our house. So we only had about 8 months of warranty. We noticed after about 6 months I noticed the light wouldn't come on when I opened the door, thus the microwave wouldn't work. But after a couple tries it would come on. So I thought no big deal,well now it doesn't work at all. We've only been in our home 13 months. I would certainly hope my other products last longer, needless to say I'm very disappointed and will never by another whirlpool product if it's only going to last a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
