The numbers and letters are much too small to read!

We purchased this item because the other one - purchased less than 3 years ago quit! We had put in a new kitchen and replaced all our appliances. Can't believe that microwave quit!. It cost much too much to have it repaired.

easy to install and easy to use

We have had our microwave oven for 1 month now and we couldn't be happier. I installed the unit myself replacing a competitors unit that was in a home we recently purchased. The instructions were simple and the templates were perfect.Using the unit is very simple as well. It is one of the best microwave ovens we have ever used.CHARLES FESLER

Great looks and easy functionality

This microwave is great so far after a month and already liking it more than my previous GE, which died already after 1 year. Buttons seem like that have a well put touch with no feeling of cheapness and door closes much more quite.

Installation was simple. I have 2 minor issues. The door closes very loudly. It feels as tho it may be an issue in the future. There are so many options for the features that it takes time to figure out what it is you want to do for anything other than Time Cook. It is very powerful as far as heating.

Microwave stopped working

We bought this microwave in March 2014.In Oct 2015 it stopped working (would not heat)I called Whirlpool and they sent a tech to look at it.The magnatron was no good, they ordered the part and replaced it a week later. On January 30 2016 it stopped working again.After owning our two previous microwaves (not Whirlpools)for 10-12 years each I expected more than 18 months from this one.From reading other reviews it sounds like Whirlpool has a problem. I DO NOT recommend this microwave.

THE CYCLE INFORMATION STRIP ON THE INSIDE OF THE MICROWAVE IS VERY HELPFUL AND CONVENIENT. IT IS A NICE LOOKING UNIT AND THE NUMBER PAD IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE EVEN THOUGH IT IS MOUNTED OVER THE STOVE AND I AM ONLY FIVE FOOT TALL. I DON'T KNOW HOW IT ALWAYS STOPS WITH THE COFFEE CUP HANDLE FACING OUT WHEN I OPEN THE DOOR BUT I LOVE THIS FEATURE.
