I bought this around Christmas because I was impressed with the solid handle on the door, very easy for my kids to use and also very nice features. I would buy the same microwave again if I ever have to replace

Rusty pool

In August, I purchased a full suite of fridge, washer, range and microwave. The stainless looked good and the delivery (minus some missing parts) and install was easy to do. I put them in my rental property and noticed that streaks were hard to get off. 7 months later, my tenant let me know of oxidation popping up. WHat a disappointment, rust worst on the fridge and dishwasher, but still noticeable on the microwave and range. I did my research and seems that this is a common issue with this brand and many other entry level "stainless" appliances, and rust isn't covered on the warranty. I didn't bother with the hassle of calling the appliance service crew as that would be a great inconvenience. I scrubbed them with a specialty rust remover and applied a treatment that I hope will prevent further problems. Am I in an overly humid place? Nope. Is my tenant hard on them? Nope, the guys only there 50% of the time. I would't buy these again. So sad that this Is the scenario for new appliances which should last 10+ years
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features

I had this same microwave in our previous home, and now again in this one, and am very happy with it. I love all the different options it has for melting, softening, and reheating. It also has the quick 'add 30 seconds' that is nice and convenient. I only wish that it had more options for defrosting things other than meat.

This microwave has a lot of nice features such as reheat, timer, defrost, add seconds. It also is fairly large and can fit what is needed to be heated. The only two things I would want to fix would be that the changing of time would be easier and that the wattage would be more. Since some of the items I wanted to cook stated that it needed a certain wattage amount to be cooked at.

1 moth since Ibought itthe good: it fit our open area for the microwave, wasnt too large and it looked nice : )The bad: the dam blue color clock. just not very pleasing to the eye and you cant really turn it off. The under head light is below par and most light is toward the back not evenly space through out stove area.Other than that it is is sufficient.

Love this microwave

We had the microwave professionally installed two months ago to replace our 25 year old GE microwave. The turntable and presets make cooking flawless. Popcorn settings get almost every kernel and it's nice and fluffy. Pizza comes out warm without a soggy crust. The microwave heats evenly every time. The big window lets you see all the action and the fan and bright lights makes stovetop cooking a neat affair.
