We do very little cooking with the microwave. It works fine for reheating, defrosting, etc. An "options" button for turning off the sound, an the like, would be nice.

Decent basic oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing fancy but does basic things well. Heating, 2 level lighting underneath, 2 speed fan, lighter than my previous whirlpool and this model's vent on top is metal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At the age of almost 50, I have never had an over the range microwave before. Being frustrated with the lack of space in my kitchen, I decided to treat myself. I love it, the kids love it and it also much larger that the one that was taking up counter space. I can use it for so many more things.

Good purchase

I bought it about 3 months afo after my frigidare died after 2 yrs. It is a solid unit and was easy to mount myself. (well did need a small hand with lifting it up.). Light bulb blew a few weeks ago but that is a quick fix.
