Product does not have many good features

I expect this product to last about 3 years like the last Whirlpool microwave i had. This microwave is basic and looks cheeply made the Whirlpool logo looks bad on the front. Microwave is made in China. I bought this model because when microwaves only last 3 years why pay more for the more expensive unit. This microwave does not have speed defrost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It just, plain, works.

I purchased and installed my Whirlpool microwave 8 months ago. I have never installed an over the range microwave before. It wasn't easy, but with some patience I had it done in about an hour. It gets used several times every day, and just runs like a champ. The power is perfect, cooking food well - without overdoing it. And it looks awesome !!

We love our new microwave! It is quiet, and heats/cooks very fast!! We haven't used a lot of the features yet, but the few we have used have worked well. the light on high is really bright!! It really lights up the stove!!
