Purchased to replace old microwave lasted 10 plus years. Easy to install and easy to use. Has a couple of new features added that might come in handy; so far no complaints.

Exactly what I needed

Needed a replacement for 1.7 cu. ft. microwave and Whirlpool was perfect plus the features better than my previous one. Installation was easy (for my son). Best feature is the 30 second button for warming up my morning coffee. Also like the turn-table. How lucky to find just the right one.

Having some problems trying to learn how it works. Don't understand why when I know the door is shut tight, it tells me something is wrong with the door and it will not work until I open and close it again. Can't figure out how to defrost. Too complicated for me.
