We bought this a month ago and as usual have not been disappointed with Whirlpool. Our experience with Whirlpool products has never been disappointing and this microwave is no exception.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old microwave was over 20 years old, I was worried about replacing it as I was not sure a new unit would fit into the same space. This one went in easily and looks great. Very easy to use.

Works as expected. The defrost function is a little bit tricky to use (have to press several buttons) and fan noise is a bit high. Otherwise, it performs solid.
