Perfect for our needs

Looks great, works great. Two young men that installed it were AAA+. Installed the new microwave and took out the old one in twenty minutes. Left our home at 7:50 am. Better than a NASCAR pit crew.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a basic microwave which is exactly what we need for our kitchen. Stainless harder to keep clean but looks great when it is!!

Doesn't heat after 1.5 years light use

We bought house in spring 2014 with new appliances. As of August 2015, it doesn't heat food. Serial number shows it was made in sept 2015. That's unacceptable if the lifetime of the heating unit is less than 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an excellent vent hood/microwave for the money. It cooks things in less time than I was use to with my counter top unit.
