Instructions are not very complete. Once we figured out how to use it, we are extrmely pleased with the results. We like how quite it is durning use.

This microwave is the best I have ever owned. I love all the features it has. I love the way the butter softens and it does not melt when you hit the soften button. Love it and would recommend it.

Nice performance, Complicated Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave works very well once you've figured out the crazy codes for cooking. Every single cooking function has several steps which need to be taken in order to complete the simplest action. You want to defrost something for two minutes? Plan on entering several codes, food weight (who knows how much that chicken breast weighs?). Then, the cooking time is usually longer than it needs to be. I really miss the "one touch" buttons found on almost all other microwaves - if I had realized this one did not have them I probably would have made another choice. This unit is also quite a bit larger (taller) than most, making the stove top slightly less accessible than before. On the up side, it is powerful and does complete full cooking tasks quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
