After installing, the fan was not working I went online booked a next day appointment and the service man was on time and installed a new fan. Took him about 30 minutes to remove the microwave, install the fan, reinstall the microwave and out the door. Thank you Whirlpool service department. I like this microwave very much. The fan on high is loud, but that is expected and the low level is all that is normally needed anyway. I like the programed cooking for defrost, popcorn, etc. I hope I get many years of use out of this appliance.

Our old microwave died suddenly, and we began searching for a replacement. We automatically looked for the Whirlpool brand, as we have had no problems with this brand. We have replaced our fridge, microwave and oven all within the last year and they are now all Whirlpool!

Great features easy to operate

Order and pick up was great. Box looked in good shape. Opened box at home and noticed a very small dent on upper right rear side. Decided to install anyhow as it's not that noticeable but I'm very DISAPPOINTED that it was most likely bumped or dropped during shipment.

Went a couple months without a microwave, and I'm happy to have one again. My new microwave is great. The only issue we had was trying to install it. It took about an hour to get it hook up on the wall above our stove. You'll need 2 people to do this. Took some figuring out to get things lined up.
