wish they would have included a booklet about the settings to use. I know they are inside the door but it is annoying to have to figure out the code by opening and closing the door before you cook anything. Our other Whirlpool MW was more user friendly than the new one. It is hard to get use to this one.

This is a good microwave, it is pretty basic, and performs well. The only thing I wish they would change is the way the defrost works; I wish it would tell you when to flip the meat. Other than that, it functions at basic capacity.
