Excellent fan

I was pleasantly surprised the other day when the fan started automatically after a certain heat temperature coming from the oven and stove.It was like a safety switch went on to lower the temperatures from both.

Speedy carousel, balky door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clear controls, speedy carousel. Seems to be good value vs. others. Only questionable item is the door that apparently does not make firm contact and flashes "door", necessitating re-open and close sometimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave based on a great deal that I got on a whirlpool gas range in the same model line. I thought that it would be just another run of the mill microwave with standard functions and operation, I was mistaken. The WMH31017AS is not a standard microwave in any form or way. I love the operation, my favorite being the add thirty second feature that when pressed is a quick way to start the microwave for thirty seconds. I've been using the microwave for about a month now and so far I feel confident recommending Whirlpool to anyone I know.

Easy to use, nice design, easy install

We've used this product for a year and still think it's great. The overall design is nice, clean and modern. It wasn't too hard to install ourselves following the directions that came with it, fit where the old one was perfectly. Overall it's easy to use, though it did take some reading of the manual and practice to figure out the programmed settings, but the basic functions are intuitive and the button placements is logical.I do think the keypad could be slightly nicer, but that's really looking hard for something to complain about. All other parts are nice quality.Cooks/heats evenly and quickly. Surfaces wipe off easily for fast cleaning.My largest complaint is the clock and display are blue, which is very fuzzy for me to read at night or if there is a glare on the display. That could be my eyes, but I do better with red displays.
