Love my new microwave!

We got our new microwave installed about a month ago. I was concerned because we were so used to our old one that we wouldn't like this one. Well, I needn't have worried! I love my new microwave! It is far superior to our old one and there was no learning curve at all to using it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to a little kitchen fire we had to replace our microwave. I didn't love the one I ruined so it was nice to get something better and made In the USA. The interface is very user friendly! I love the 30 sec button that starts when I press it. Thank you whirlpool for a great microwave!

This microwave is very quite. Easy to use. A nice feature is being able to set a timer and also cook something and not lose the countdown on the timer.

Easy to use

I replaced my last Whirlpool microwave (over 10 years old) with this latest model about one month ago. I have had no problems; it does what I want it to do. The visible improvements over my older model are the following: vent blower is less noisy, grease filters (2) have been reduced to only one, on the front where I can choose various programs, the older model was some sort of vinyl and, over time, yellowed. In contrast, this new model is the same white metal as the microwave itself so it shouldn't yellow over time.My son, who is handy, did the installation. At first, he had problems fitting the new one into the space for the older one (too shallow). However, in 30 minutes or so he did some adjustments on the back of the microwave and solved the problem.
