This product has many wonderful features. I has made my cooking experience MUCH easier. Whenever I had questions, the service center was very courteous and answered every question completely. This is very important to me as I am technologically impaired! A great product and trusted brand--what a combinaton!

Simple and clean

Bought this about a month ago and very happy with the clean look, craftsmanship, and simple controls. Only complaint is that the unit is louder than I expected. As far as heating food, this product works great!

Powerful microwave

Heats up food thoroughly and very quickly. I'd recommend setting less time than you would normally until you are used to this model because it heats up fast.
