Working but making noises

The microwave works fine but it makes weird noises occasionally probably dues to low frequency vibration it produces.

I purchased the microwave oven two months ago. I am very happy with the purchase. It was easy the install, and created extra space in the kitchen, as we were coming for a counter unit.

Great Features

The unit that I replaced was of the same brand and had been in service for 14 years. Have other appliances that are the same brand and all have served me well. I have used Whirlpool for many years and have been very satisfied with the performance of each. Excellent Equipment.

Stylish at a great price

The style of this microwave was exactly what we were looking for. I love the fact that you don't see the vent and that it does vents well. Also it blows away from cabinets and they cabinets stay dry. Functions perfectly the way it should and goes with all our other Whrilpool items.

New Purchase As A Replacement

I bought this unit about a month ago, a replacement for a smaller and vertically shorter microwave we have had for about 20 years. So far it is working just fine. We had trouble getting it installed because it is larger than the old unit which had a mounting bracket at its top. This unit has a mounting bracket at the bottom. Putting the bottom mounting bracket right right at the top of the tile on the wall meant cutting the wood spacer on the bottom of the cabinet above the unit. The original, store installers would not drill into tile to install the mounting bracket nor would they cut the wood above. I brought in the cabinet people to cut the wood on the bottom side of the cabinet, and then the installation went smoothly. This all took an extra week of coordination beyond the day the unit was delivered.
